What does a composer’s notepad look like?
Ahead of the Bergen International Festival 2017 an exhibition opens at the Bergen Public Library. It follows two of the programme’s newly written works from outline and ideas to complete score. The music is written by composers Eivind Buene and Rolf Wallin, and it will be performed for the first time on the concert with London Sinfonietta at Håkonshallen on June 2. The exhibition is put together by Hild Borchrewink and is part of the 100th celebration for the Norwegian Society of Composers, an occasion that will also be marked with a symposium and a book launch at the library.
