If you buy the card through the Internet, we will send it to you in the post within a week of purchase. If you buy it from a ticket office (Grieghallen, DNS or the Festival Ticket booth), you will receive it immediately.

Bergen International Festival Card 2010 – Conditions of Purchase: 
Discount applies to tickets to the Bergen International Festival’s own performances. Discount is restricted to tickets costing over NOK 100.
New in 2010: discounted rates for the DNS performance of Svartediket.
One festival card concedes discounts on up to four adult tickets per performance 
A festival card is issued to one person and may not be used by firms, organisations or similar.

If you buy the Bergen international Festival Card 2010 you are guaranteed satisfaction. In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with a performance, we will issue you with a ticket to a different performance (free ticket in the same price category) at the 2010 Festival. All you need to do is to hand in your ticket at the ticket office in Grieghallen or the Festival booth in the city square. We will ask you to briefly note down your objections and to provide your name, telephone number and/or e-mail address. Refunds will not be given. Replacement tickets are subject to availability.
