Our Festival ticket supplier, Eventim, will send tickets purchased through the Festival or their own web page by mail. You will receive the tickets within 5–7 working days after purchase. For mailing abroad, expected time of delivery is within 14 days. Tickets are sent as a standard letter to the address given when purchasing the tickets. If the event is due shortly, the letter is sent as Quick-post. Eventim’s barcode system ensures that any copying or other forging of your ticket is impossible. Consequently, letters do not have to be sent by registered mail and you do not have to be home when the tickets arrive by mail.
You will receive an e-mail when the tickets are sent.
Alle prices are inclusive VAT, taxes, and ticket fees, but delivery costs and other fees are additional. These costs will appear separately and as part of the total amount during the booking process before your payment is completed.
You may pay by Visa, MasterCard, and Vipps. All communication is encrypted.
Payment by MasterCard or Visa is processed by Eventim’s partner CTS Eventim & Co. KGaA, Germany, a sister company of Eventim.
