An electropop odyssey from Iceland.
The frontman of the Icelandic Eurovision Song Contest success Daði & Gagnamagnið has been making music for over a decade. Still, it was not before the unforgettable hit Think About Things went viral that he became an international favourite.
Daði Freyr has an unbeatable flair for putting together catchy psych-pop songs and will release a new album in 2023.
With funky rhythms, irresistible catchy verses and a warm, characteristic voice, the Icelander has gained a rapidly growing fan base. On stage, this bringer of joy plays his iconic hits and lively, Daði-fied cover songs of everything from Britney Spears to Smash Mouth.
He plays several instruments, and his impressive vocal range and infectious energy make him a unique live artist who speaks to both the heart and dancing feet. He is known for comprehensive performances in which costumes, videos, apps and games are part of his distinctive aesthetic world. This will be his first time performing in Bergen.
