Big 5 with Nils and Harald

Sociologist and comedian Harald Eia and political scientist and analysis enthusiast Nils Brenna have had great success with listeners using the "Big Five" personality test to analyse famous people on NRK P2 and in their own podcast. During the Bergen International Festival, they will feature the pianist Leif Ove Andsnes, and you will have the opportunity to watch the conversation live. 

Before the three meet on stage in the Peer Gynt hall, Andsnes will have taken the personality test, which, among other things, will reveal what kind of relationship he has with shame, how he deals with conflicts, how well he can concentrate and how far his empathy extends. On stage, Harald and Nils go through the results with the pianist, who will see the results for the first time together with the audience. 

What personality traits characterise someone who, since their teens, has ranked among the world's elite pianists? Does spending half the year travelling, staying in hotel rooms and doing soloist performances make him neurotic or contemplative?  

In addition, the presenters will reveal where Andsnes lies on the scale in relation to other high-profile people who have taken the test. How is the world-famous star put together? It will be humorous, interesting and educational!

​Pianist Leif Ove Andsnes will also be giving a concert with pianist Bertrand Chamayou in Grieghallen Thursday 30 May, as well as giving masterclasses and participating in a masterclass concert with Prof. Jiri Hlinka Klaverakademi.
