The Festival ticket booth opens 24 May 2027.

Ticket prices and offers

Standard

Standard prices are stated for each event which can be found on the program pages. 

Under 40 years

People under the age of 40, at the day of the performance, pay a maximum of NOK 250 for each ticket. There's a limited amount of tickets available.

Student or under 18 years

People under the age of 18 or students, at the day of the performance, pay a maximum of NOK 130 for each performance. The under 18 price applies to every venue and all price categories.

Children

The under 18-price is also available for children.

It's required that you buy a ticket for the child even if they sit on an adults’ lap during the performance.

Senior Citizen Card

People from the age of 67 or holders of a valid Norwegian Social Security ID are entitled to a 10% discount on each ticket.

Buy three tickets and get the fourth free. The offer is valid when buying a minimum of 4 standard tickets at the same time, and can be used across all performances. The cheapest ticket will automatically be reduced in the basket.

Companion tickets and tickets for wheelchair users

If you are dependent on a companion, free companion tickets are available via billett@fib.no. A valid companion certificate must be presented at the venue.

The festival uses a variety of venues, some of which are older buildings and/or have previously been private homes. Therefore, not all venues are equipped with the same level of accessibility. See our venue pages for accessibility information for each venue.
