Whether it’s a sunny day or a passing rain shower, you might be lucky enough for your trip to reach its peak already on the way up on the Fløibanen funicular thanks to an operatic surprise. Or perhaps you’ll hear a powerful voice somewhere around the restaurant at the top?
The opera stars of tomorrow will pop up around the area during the Festival period. The journey on the Fløibanen funicular from Vetrlidsallmenningen to the top takes 7–8 minutes, with several departures every hour.
