Virundhu is a Tamil word that describes a celebration where people gather around a generous meal. Middag med Godfrey (Dinner with Godfrey) – the food concept that has delighted and brought people together at the Festival square in the past two years – returns with an open invitation to share food at one long, welcoming table.

Together with Gatekokkene (Street Chefs), a volunteer organisation for children and young people focused on food culture, and several other dedicated contributors across the city, you are invited to taste dishes from around the world – completely free of charge.

Come as you are. Fill your plate. Sit down next to someone new. Welcome to the table.
