International pianists at the beginning of their careers have been selected to receive top-class guidance from Leif Ove Andsnes, Bertrand Chamayou, Christian Ihle Hadland and Håvard Gimse over several days at Rasmussen Samlingene. What advice will the masters give to the next generation?

After the intensive masterclasses and focused practice, the pianists will be ready to perform their programme in the aula at the University of Bergen. Audiences are welcome to listen to the result of their hard work.

The concert will also feature contributions from Andsnes, Chamayou, Ihle Hadland and Gimse.

The pianists and their selected programmes will be announced in advance of the concert and will include works by György Kurtág and Olivier Messiaen.
