Follow the process as hand-picked international pianists receive top-class guidance. Over several days, pianists Leif Ove Andsnes, Bertrand Chamayou, Christian Ihle Hadland and Håvard Gimse will work with pianists who are at the beginning of their careers. What advice will these experienced pianists give to the next generation as they seek to create great musical moments?
The masterclasses culminate in a concert at the University Aula on Thursday 28 May, featuring works by György Kurtág and Olivier Messiaen. During the masterclasses, works by other composers will also be studied.
