The Bergesen Foundation

The Bergesen Foundation is a charitable foundation that has been an important contributor to Norwegian art and cultural life since 1975. The purpose of the foundation is to support the implementation of projects which benefit the general public. By supporting projects that combine artistic quality with outreach and community, the foundation has become a key supporter within the fields of culture and humanitarian work across the country.

The Bergen International Festival is grateful to have the Bergesen Foundation as a project partner for the Pelicot Trial in 2026.
