The star violinist Eldbjørg Hemsing recently released the album Colors of Bach, where a reviewer in Ballade praised her for reaching an ‘outside-classical’ audience. Hemsing performs in as many as four concerts during this year’s Festival, and the fourth is free and open to everyone at the Festival square with a programme tailored to the public, open space.

She is joined by none other than the pianist Ole Christian Haagenrud, and together they have selected a programme that covers their favourites from the classical repertoire.
